Temporary Works

AWCS carry deep excavations in conjunction with our cofferdam service. Our teams are very experienced and have received the relevant training to carry out deep excavations in all types of ground conditions, using various methods of proprietary ground support systems, including cofferdams & trench boxes.

Construction of manholes, laying of pipe work can also be undertaken as part of the overall package.

Cofferdams

AWCS specialize in the installation of temporary works cofferdams. Utilizing our specialist Movax piling hammers to aid installation, we are able to provide a full design, supply and install package or alternatively we can carry out the work on an installation basis only.

Our workforce, led by a trained Site Supervisor has experience of installing cofferdams of all shapes and sizes to various depths. They are all fully trained and competent in all aspects of the type of work involved.

On completion of the temporary works we can, if required undertake any civil element that may be required, such as sheet piling, installing interceptors, deep manholes or package pump stations.
